Final assembly by hand

We manufacture and test the series volume you have ordered, and prepare it ready for connection in our final assembly. Our decentralised warehousing and customer-specific manufacturing cells cut down on distances and production costs.

We assemble the prefabricated assembly parts and check them for proper function in our continuous ESD-compliant manufacturing facilities. We provide our manufacturing staff with integrated product documentation at various production cells using online terminals; this online documentation includes all of the necessary information on the product during the entire assembly process, ensuring that our professionals always have the latest information, tech specs and drawings at hand.

That and regular employee training are also part of our zero-defect strategy. After function-testing the product to a hundred percent, our internal quality assurance conducts an additional random-sample test before releasing the product for shipment.
